1. MBIC Biosensor Database - The newly constructed MBIC Biosensor database is still in the development and testing stages and will be deployed on the website in the coming months.
2. SLIF - Subcellular Location Image Finder - SLIF developed by the Murphy group at Carnegie Mellon University finds fluorescence microscope images in on-line journal articles, and indexes them according to cell line, proteins visualized, and resolution.
3. PSLID - Protein Subcellular Location Image Database - PSLID developed by the Murphy group at Carnegie Mellon provides an open-access, structured, well-annotated database of fluorescence microscope images depicting subcellular location proteins.
